1. Return Eligibility

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products marked as Final Sale or Clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Products showing signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain wearable products may not be eligible for return if opened or used.
